accidentally tiptoed into Swedish pastry culture this morning when I decided to freeball my cinnamon roll dough

light, balanced, and just sweet enough for thick frosting haters

gingersnaps with just a dash of chaos (and minced ginger) for good measure.

might just be my favorite lineup for the bakery
